Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NOWAITN platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including organizations, administrators, and team members who access the platform through an organization account.

2. Description of Service

NOWAITN provides a business operations platform that includes queue management, reservation systems, knowledge management, and related tools ("Platform Apps"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in your organization\'s billing agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an organization account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your subscription plan, including per-seat licensing, app access fees, and metered usage charges.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for purposes other than providing and improving the Service, except as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOWAITN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will retain Your Data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
