• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR SECURITY BREACHES

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOWAITN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOWAITN regarding Services and supersede all prior agreements.
